Terms & Conditions:

• The Last Avenue will be blacklisting those who backed out after leaving comments.
• Dead buyers will be banned.
• Buyers who can make immediate payment will be whitelisted.
• If you can make payment immediately, item will become yours even when it is pending.
• Prices are exclusive of postage fees.
• We do not do reservation.
• We do not do meetup.
• Prices of items are non-negotiable.
• Postage will not be waived under any circumstances
• No trades, No haggling, No refunds.
• The Last Avenue reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any time.

Ordering Details :

• Leave a comment with your name & email, and state the item you are interested in.
• Confirmation email will be sent as soon as possible.
• Kindly check your email REGULARLY once you've commented.

• Please note that we do attend to emails, but priority will be given to those who comment.
• Priority too, will be given to those who can confirm in their comments & can make payment immediately.
• No backing out when order is confirmed.
• Comments with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as CONFIRMATION.

Payment Details:

• POSB/DBS atm fund transfers OR POSB/DBS ibanking transfers only.
• We DO NOT accept interbank transfers.
• Payment to be made within 24 hours.
• If payment not received within 24 hours , item will be given to other interested buyer.

Postage Details :

• Please add an additional $1 - $2 for normal postage fees.
• Please add an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage fees for Reg. Post.
• We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction.
• Hence, it’s advisable to opt for Registered Post (:
